[Users] How do I manage my users?

The Users tab is where you manage all your project (membership site & funnel) users. You can resend their Welcome Email, manually change their passwords, edit user info, change subscription plans to name a few. Check out the guide below:

Adding users:

You have several ways to get users added to your membership site:

  • You can add them manually one at a time
  • You can import them via a properly formatted csv file
  • They can be added through your project sales page that is integrated with a shopping cart provider (when they subscribe to a project, they are automatically added into the project user's list)
  • You can also allow users to join your portal for free by using a free registration page (see instructions here)

 

Here's how to add users one at a time:

  • Click the "Add User" button under the Users tab
  • You will then see the Add Project User page
  • Fill-in the details then click the "Save This User" button
